TRANSFORMATION DOESN'T HAPPEN BY CHANCE.
It happens when leaders, organizations, and movements have the courage and capacity to lead differently. We've partnered with organizations, foundations, and movement leaders across the country to build that capacity, transforming leadership, strengthening strategy, and growing the power needed to advance justice. Here's a glimpse of what we've accomplished together.
Advancing Transportation Justice
TRANSFORMING LEADERS

The Need: Too many transportation decisions continue to reinforce racial inequities because leaders lack the tools, support, and community needed to center justice in planning and policy.

Our Solution: Partner with NACTO and the Better Bike Share Partnership to design and lead three cohorts of the Transportation Justice Fellowship. The Transportation Justice Fellowship equipped mid-career leaders across transportation, planning, and micro-mobility with the courage, skills, and strategies to advance racial justice and equity in their organizations and communities.

Our Impact: Over three years, we cultivated a national network of more than 40 transportation leaders who are transforming how transportation systems are designed, funded, and implemented—embedding transportation justice at the heart of their work and expanding its impact across the country.
Building Organizational Capacity
TRANSFORMING ORGANIZATIONS

The Need: Community organizations across Greater Cincinnati were deeply committed to advancing health justice, but many lacked the advocacy skills, campaign strategy, and organizational infrastructure needed to influence public policy and secure lasting change.

Our Solution: In partnership with the Interact for Health foundation, we launched the Policy Advocacy Capacity Building Cohort—a hands-on leadership and organizing program that equips organizations with the tools, strategy, and confidence to build and lead effective policy campaigns.

Our Impact: Every organization in our inaugural cohort is now leading an active advocacy campaign. Together, they are strengthening neighborhood power, advancing policies that improve community health and well-being, and organizing statewide efforts to protect public education and stop the diversion of public resources to private schools. Rather than simply participating in advocacy, these organizations are now shaping the policies that impact their communities.
STRENGTHENING STATE ECOSYSTEMS
TRANSFORMING COALITIONS

The Need: Movements don't win because of a single organization—they win because strong coalitions build collective power. Yet too many state advocacy ecosystems are held back by fractured relationships, competing priorities, and ineffective collaboration, leaving critical campaigns stalled and communities without the policy victories they deserve.

Our Solution: In partnership with Community Change and the Voices for Health Justice initiative, we worked alongside coalition leaders in three states to strengthen relationships, rebuild trust, align strategy, and create the conditions for sustained collective action in pursuit of health justice.

Our Impact: Today, these state coalitions are stronger, more unified, and better positioned to win. Organizations that once struggled to work together are now advancing shared campaigns to pass Momnibus legislation, expand paid family leave, and increase access to health care—building the collective power needed to secure lasting policy change.
