1-1s are some of the most powerful tools for community organizers. They help us to build trust, identify shared interests, and effectively engage individuals in movement-building efforts. In this way, 1-1s are tools not only for building a base, but also for building effective coalitions, leading teams of people, and accurately mapping the political landscape when working to advance policy change. They are critical to every aspect of leadership and change making.
During our interactive training we will help your leaders reclaim 1-1s as a tool for effectiveness and add more rigor to how they engage self-interest in their work.
