Our power mapping workshop is a great follow-up to our Landscape Assessment workshop. Together, we will take time to map power dynamics in your landscape in order to identify leverage points for impact and build an effective campaign to advance positive change. This workshop will help you strategy ways to leverage relationships, build power, and win!
During this interactive workshop you will learn the core concepts of power mapping, including how to identify key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers in your community. Together, we will assess the relationships between power holders, allies, and opponents to determine leverage points for action.
