Our Community Power-Building Training equips your leaders with the skills and strategies to strengthen relationships, mobilize people, and drive meaningful change. Through interactive exercises you'll learn how to build trust, engage allies, and grow collective power. Additionally, you'll gain a clear understanding what is needed to create real impact and how to strategically scale your efforts. Whether you're organizing for justice, advocating for policy change, or strengthening your community, this training will give you the tools to create connection, and to turn connection into action.
During this interactive workshop you will learn the principles of power-building and why collective action is essential for meaningful change. We will walk through our community organizing toolkit and help you get started doing the work of advancing change.
