Join us for an immersive, virtual training series designed specifically for leaders in the social change and DEI fields.   As leaders of institutional and social change, you are often called upon to lead individuals and groups through complexity, challenge, and transformative change. This is no small task! 

To help, we have created a four-part training series focused on teaching you how to cultivate deeper, more impactful and transformative experiences that foster more robust outcomes for individuals and groups.  During this training series you will learn:

• How to set up the container to support deep connection and transformation.
• How to facilitate through complexity with greater discernment, courage, and wisdom. 
• Tenants of value anchored design.
• Designing for transformative change.
• A freedom framework of facilitaiton.
• Responsive and value anchored facilitation.
• How to ready yourself to lead.

Each participant will also receive a robust facilitation guide complete with frameworks for facilitating, templates for designing transformative retreats and workshops, and guidance for how to navigate challenges that emerge during your sessions.
